Allcontent on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software(excluding third-party components), is owned by BuildingAgentic or itslicensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectualproperty laws.
2.4.2 Client-Owned IP
Consistentwith our service delivery model: all custom AI systems, code, models, datapipelines, and documentation developed specifically for a client under a signedengagement agreement are owned by the client. We retain no license to useclient deliverables for other clients. Specific IP ownership terms are governedby the applicable engagement agreement or Statement of Work.
2.4.3 Limited License
Wegrant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license toaccess and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes inaccordance with these Terms.
2.5 Disclaimer of Warranties
THESITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "ASAVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS ORIMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• Class action waiver: Youwaive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-widearbitration
